2014 Capital Campaign Update
We are approaching the end of the second year of contributing to our pledges to the Faith, Hope and Love Capital Campaign. You have contributed $345,943.00 of the $407,943.00 pledged, leaving a balance of $62,000.00 to be paid toward the current pledge total. Our principal balance on our Mission Investment Fund loan is approximately $336,000.00 of the $412,265.79 that was borrowed. In the past six months, Council has approved paying $60,000.00 towards the principal in addition to our monthly payments. As we continue to receive funds toward paying for our building project, Council will continue to consider paying down more of the principal.
If we were to receive tomorrow all of the $62,000.00 of outstanding pledges and apply that amount to our loan along with the amounts we have in our Building Fund, Capital Campaign, MIF and Edward Jones accounts we would have a loan balance of approximately $206,000.
